If you're an entity outside of MAFIA in need of video production for your live events (concerts, festivals, speakers, etc), music videos, commercials, online content, or non-MAFIA created film projects use this form.

Note: MAFIA has set minimal production fees for all non-film and non-member sponsored video production (including for Miami departments and organizations). If you are an independent non-profit agency or a group that already has production contracts with MAFIA, please state your information on this form, and the fee may be reduced or waived.
