request forms for press accreditation must be returned
by APRIL 2nd, 2007 with the following: |

An assignment on company letterhead from an
editor, producer, or program director that
states the intention to air and/or publish
your reports |

A sample of the publication and previous coverage |
|
| |

A passport-size photograph (2"x2")
for each member to be in attendance (this
can be e-mailed to: laura@oxfordfilms.com).
Note: Save all images with name of member
and media-outlet title matching name/title
on press form.. |
